As much as I would like to say yes, I am going to have to say no on this one. Some questions are just so odd, not specific, or worded in a way that no one can understand. Others are obviously taken from a homework assignment. Some of these homework questions are impossible to answer because they say something like "How does Figure 2 on page 426 represent the organelles of a plant cell?" We could not answer this because we don't know what this Figure 2 on page 426 looks like. Other questions like "Where do I live?" could not be answered. No one knows who you are, let alone where your place of residance is. Basically what I am trying to say is that most questions can be answered. This question is one that can be answered. Some, however, just cannot.
Quite often! There is a better chance of getting an answer if the question is in correct sentence form. Slang and made up words in the question do not usually get answered.
If you want your question answered, you must post a good question, with all correct spellings, and make sure it makes sense, plus categorize it correctly.
Yes, with a couple of caveats.
We don't like "questions" that are really spam. So don't ask "Where can I get the best car deal in East Podunk, KS?" and then immediately answer it with "Big Bob's Used Cars and Junk Emporium has the best deals around!" or something like that; your question will just get deleted.
Also, don't ask questions that are really cyberbullying, or ask about pornography sites, or ask how to do things that are illegal, or ask for celebrity phone numbers or email addresses... we don't answer those.
Yes, we have more answers than I can count! Although, there's always another question unanswered, so I should move on now!
Yes, it does. It answers about 1/3 of the questions which is quite an accomplishment considering the fact that there are questions posted every few seconds.
yes, and by the way if you asked this then i think you know how...
They will say, ask us anything but people know there is a limit to anything and everything.
yes. there are no taboos.
Yes, as long as it isn't bullying someone, meaningless or obscene.
yes you can
no and yeah on the website you can and there really fun
Into the top bar which says "Ask us anything", type your question.
all of the ones that are unanswered of course! those don't and can't tell you anything at all ;-]
The reason they have fake answers is because anyoe can come on a type anything.
Type your question into the white bar above, which says "Ask us anything." Then press Enter on your keyboard.
because the inventor of answers.com thought of that name and it has answers.com because you can answer questions....
Because people who answer them do not know what they are doing im not going to get on this website again nobody knows anything i ask!
It depends. You really have to read each one to know the answer. This is too vague of a question to answer.
Cuz some people are just really lazy and don't think
Pretty much anything is open to discussion as long as you use appropriate language and it's not inflammatory or inappropriate for internet
