∙ 11y agoNo they are not and should never be regarded as such. They are dangerous animals, just like grizzly bears and black bears are dangerous to humans. And yes, there have been reports and stories of polar bears attacking and even eating humans.

∙ 13y agoActually, they are one of the very few animals that will track and kill humans for shear sport. They are extremely aggressive and will kill humans given the chance.
