Masons build things with bricks and concrete. Religeon has nothing to do with that.

Freemasons, on the other hand, require one to believe in a Supreme Being. So you could say they are religious. But Freemasonry is neither a religion nor a substitute for one. For the most part, Freemasonry accepts men from a wide range of faiths.

No. One of the primary oaths of the Masonic lodge is to pledge and state a faith in God. A bible is used in every meeting and a prayer said at the beginning and end of each meeting. God is a prime factor in the Masonic lodge for all members. There is no religion requirement needed to belong to the Masonic lodge, but a belief in a Supreme Being is required.
