A fundamental part of marriage law is that a marriage can be nullified if one partner has been deceptive about fertility or ability to bear children with that partner.

A transgendered woman wouldn't have a uterus, therefore she can't reproduce. If they lied about that, then the marriage could be voided.

However, I don't think "men posing as women" is politically correct, as transgendered women aren't really men.
