The Cheetah hunts during the day. They don't need to rely on stealth to capture their prey, they rely on their speed to make the take down of their target. So, hiding, sneaking, are usfeul, but not their strongest points. It's the burst of speed, and quick acceeleration that is the most useful hunting tool, along with it's confusing spots that make the Cheetah such a formidable hunter.

they hunt by day, sleep, and rest, if they are hungry enough, they will hunt at night as well.
