Technically, bears ARE vulperines. Vulperine is the name given to a prehistoric group of wolf-like mammals from which all modern carnivorous mammals descended including dogs, bears, hyenas, cats, weasels, seals, etc.
Depends on how far back you look.
They're both land-living mammals and carnivores, so way back there's a common ancestor.
But they're not closely related.
The closest living relatives of bears are pinnipeds and mustelids. Pinnipeds are animals such as seals and sea lions. Mustelids are animals such as weasels. After that, they are related to Canids such as wolves, coyotes, etc.
YES, bears are related to pigs more than dogs. Many people find this hard to believe, but it is true. Like humans are related to monkeys, their DNA is the same. The bears and the pigs are both from the swine family. Bears and pigs are related more than bears and dogs are.
panda bears are related to grizzly bears and some people say they are related to the raccoon.
Man; Wolves; other bears.
No. Wolves are Canines like dogs, foxes and coyotes. Bears are Ursine and have nothing in common with wolves, save for both being mammals
Bears eat any animals they can get their paws on. Wolves happen to be one of those animals. Bears will eat you if they can catch you so stay out of their way.
