Ann Arbor Blues Festival recordings or video -- were 1969 and 1970 issued?

I was at the 1970 Festival. It was broadcast on national public radio, so look for air checks. Warner Brothers recorded the festival but had never issued it last time I researched it. Not sure if they recorded the between-sets jam between Luther Allison and Johnny Winter. That would be great! Can we start a campaign to get WB to issue the whole fest? Why not? Everything else gets issued!
