air flow. you need to pull off the rear vent and clean out any lint inside the dryer. A shop vac works nice and then try to blow out with vacuum exhaust. if you remove back panel there is more detail to facilitate this. this is a design flaw where some lint comes off the screen upon removal and accumlates at the bottom. af=restricted air flow. hence your clothes are not drying.
