∙ 8y agoA four line stanza is called a "quatrain", and a 7 foot line would be written in "heptameter", but this equals 14 syllables; poetic syllables are almost always found in pairs, and so it would be difficult to say if there was an exact name for this form of poem.

If it has 6 syllables per line, it is written in "trimeter"
If it has 8 syllables per line, it is written in "tetrameter".
It is common to have groups of three syllables, too, but 7 syllables suggests a purposefully unstructured rhythm.
Think about where the stress falls on the syllables, e.g.
"I really really like you" = 7 syllables. This is written in a iambic meter, because the stress falls on the second syllable in each pair. The "you" is then the 7th syllable and is the odd one out.
