2002 Toyota Camry's ac button flashes and air comes out warm how can I fix this so air comes out cold?

This indicates a fault in the AC system. Most likely you have a broken or slipping belt.
Turn off the AC, turn it on again and see if the light returns. If the compressor is spinning, it may need a refrigerant recharge.

The reset button is on left of steering column, under dash, easy to get to...turn on ignition, hold reset button until warning flasher light flashes 3 times. Most of the time this thing comes on when tires are rotated, when the weather gets colder, or the spare tire shows lower than 35 lbs in cold weather.

On a '90 CRX there is no OBD port because it does not have an OBD. If the check engine light comes on, pull back the carpet on the passanger side and look into the glass port on the ECU to see the flashes that the ECU puts out. Long flashes are tens and short flashes are ones....example.....2 long flashes and 2 short flashes would mean code 22.......and so forth....
