Two possibilities: 1. There was a recall for something like a "jet valve??". I had mine done for free by a dealer and it really helped starting. 2. I have the problem now of failing to re-start when I shut her off, for about 1/2 hr. Someone told me it's the fuel pump.

5 qts. with a new filter. Have seen some hold 6 qts. Just start with 5 and go from there.

The horn on a 1996 Chevy Corsica is located just behind the driver's side headlight in the engine compartment. There is also a horn relay switch in the lower part of the dash just to the left of the steering wheel.
The bank 1 sensor 2 on a 1996 Chevy Blazer is mounted in the exhaust. Sensor two is just behind the catalytic converter.

bad tires, wheel alignment , bad tierod ends, start with tires may just need balanced...its the cheapest
it is the idler pully. i just replaced mine and all the whining stopped
