1989 S15 GMC Jimmy-air conditioner blows cold air but it all comes out the heater ports none comes out up top could this be a controller problem seems to be no vacuum?

if your talking a bought the defrost that it dosent come out of its not suposed to come out there but yes there is a vacuum diaphragm under the dash ;should be by your heater box
